A Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Report is a federally required document that informs homebuyers or renters about the potential presence of lead-based paint in a property. This requirement applies to residential homes built before 1978, when the use of lead-based paint in housing was banned for consumer use in the U.S.

Seller's Property Disclosure

The Seller’s Property Disclosure is a document completed by the homeowner that provides information about the property’s condition and history. It includes details on structural integrity, past or current issues (such as water damage or foundation concerns), repairs made, and any known defects.
