Bill Phillips, Owner
As owner and broker of Phillips Real Estate, Bill’s greatest enjoyment is in helping clients find solutions to their real estate needs. Bill is a lifelong resident of the Monterey Peninsula and is a 1977 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics. Bill is a strong supporter of the community and currently serves as a Trustee of the Pacific Grove Unified School District. He previously served two terms on the Del Monte Forest Property Owners Board of Directors and was a Founding Member of Monterey Bay Search Dogs.
Andrew Phillips, Broker/Owner
Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Andrew Phillips graduated from Pacific Grove High School in 2011. In 2015, Andrew worked with an environmental campaign finance company in Santa Cruz, to pursue his interest in environmental justice. When offered the position to join the family business, he knew he found his calling. Representing the third generation of Phillips Real Estate, Andrew looks forward to upholding the quality service and integrity, which has helped make our firm successful since 1959.
